Fen Shui Art for Wealth and Prosperity Bagua


The Wealth and Prosperity or South East Bagua of the home is an important area of the home. Depending on how you apply fen shui, whether by the western method, traditional method or by actual room, choosing artwork is crucial to creating the right flow of chi. This bagua should primarily be the wood element nourished by both the water element and the earth element. When working with the elements of fen shui it is important to understand the shapes and colors that are associate with each element. The following pieces of artwork will all work in the wealth and prosperity bagua of the home, each has an explanation of why it fits in this bagua.

“Rocks and Leaves” represents wood, earth and water. The earth element is represented in the rocks. The water is evident in the rushing water. When using pictures of water to add the water element to fen shui design the water should always be in motion.

The earth is represented in the square shape of the piece and the bits of black bring in the water element.

“Creek in Rain” is an all-around wonderful choice for the wealth and prosperity bagua as it represents all three fen shui elements that should be present in this area. The wood element is represented in the rectangle shape of the art and the cotton of the canvas it can be printed on. The wood element is also represented in the grass and trees of the picture. The fen shui earth element is represented in the coloring of the art, the rocks in the stream and the range of the picture that shows the landscape. The running water represents the fen shui water element.

“Pathway to Paradise” represents to wood element in the light green and gold colors, the rectangular shape and cotton canvas, and the plethora of trees. That and it fits here because of how optimistic and hopeful this piece feels.

“Laurel Falls” again represents all three elements that should be represented in the wealth and prosperity bagua. The element of wood is present in the rectangular shape of the piece, the cotton of the canvas it can be printed on and the cathedral of trees. The earth element is brought in in the color and the rock the waterfall run over. The waterfall represents the fen shui water element.
